At Nutfluer, we take immense pride in offering nature’s finest treasures, elegantly packed and thoughtfully curated. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, however, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent returns and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only offer refunds in the case of:
- Damaged or defective products upon delivery
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Quality concerns reported within 48 hours of delivery
To be eligible for a refund, please email us at order@nutfluer.in with the order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at order@nutfluer.in.
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale items
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at order@nutfluer.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must first receive return approval from our team. Once approved, please ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Important:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error or product defect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
